I'm rather new and have only palyed at a friends house several times but it seems the best t1  cybran unit seems to be the mantis. i have hoarded and rushed often with great results. honorable mention goes to their mobile AA

for t2: i'd give itto the Salem class destroyer, although i've only used their walking ability once its very productive to flank an enemy when you attack from the other side too.

t3:In my opinion i think the galaxy class bship owns. although it has much less hp than the other factinos Bships it has much more weapon variety.

honorable mention goes to the seige bot although its only average, its ability to launch Tactical missiles back to the launcher is sweet and they have the emp explosion when they die

 t4: I'm really not sure on this one, of course you could change all of these selections based on map. But i really think each one of these r awsome, but my fav is the monkeylord jsut cause it crushes base defence.

Don't forget the mantis also has as engineering pack, meaning it can assis the repair and construction of buildings! Very useful when trying to protect Cybran tech 2 PD

 Cyb tactical missiles are easily the best out of all the factions as well, although not as powerful they more than make up for it with their high rate
 of fire

i find the mantis engie power is very limited in its usefulness. i only use it on the front line to get a PD up quicker. and the like.

as for TML's i like there accuracy and yea it is the best ,but it wouldn't make my list because i've killed cvommanders with other factions TML's as well so its not extremely greater.
